Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy is based on the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki) and applies to all consumer purchases made in our online store.

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

The right of withdrawal applies only to consumer customers (not business buyers).

Conditions for Returns

To use your right of withdrawal, the product must:

  • be unused and in resellable condition,

  • be in its original packaging (when possible),

  • be returned within 14 days after informing us of the withdrawal.

You may inspect the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature and functionality.
If the product shows signs of use beyond this, the consumer is responsible for any loss of value.

How to Make a Return

  1. Contact our customer service at store@dreamlandpictures.fi

  2. Provide your order number and tell us you want to withdraw your purchase.

  3. We will send you instructions for returning the item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:

  • refund the product price,

  • refund the original delivery cost (based on the least expensive available shipping method).

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are normally paid by the customer, unless the product cannot be returned by regular postal means (as stated in Finnish law).

Exchanges

If the item is defective or damaged, we will offer:

  • a replacement,

  • a repair,

  • or a price reduction, depending on the situation.

Please contact us before sending the item back.

A defect must be reported within a reasonable time after it is discovered.
